NDU Student Hub – In a highly anticipated electoral process that concluded today, November 29, 2025, the Niger Delta University student community has spoken, electing a new set of leaders to steer the affairs of the Student Union Government (SUG) for the coming session.

David Patrick Dauduokumor, former President of the Faculty of Engineering, has been elected as the new SUG President. His victory marks a significant milestone as he brings his proven leadership experience from the engineering faculty to serve the entire student body.

Joining him as Vice President is KUROPAYEFA ILADAEBI DORCAS, who will serve as a key partner in driving the administration's vision forward.

One of the standout winners is BEKEKEME TAMARADENYEFA FAVOUR, elected as Director of Socials. Favour previously served as President of the Nursing Faculty, where he famously hosted the highly celebrated Nurses Carnival that became the talk of the campus. His creativity and event management prowess promise an exciting year of social activities ahead.

Official Validation and Next Steps

The election results were officially validated on November 29, 2025, with signatures from the Dean of Student Affairs, the Electoral Committee Chairperson (Eleco), and all elected agents confirming the legitimacy of the process.

The document, processed through the university's Freedom Portal, bears the official endorsement of all relevant stakeholders, marking the formal beginning of a new era in student governance at Niger Delta University.
